Ingredients:
1 banana, mashed
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or vanilla + 1 tbsp cacao powder)
1 egg
1 tbsp ghee
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat then add the pancake batter and cook for about 2 minutes each side
Top with yogurt and fresh berries for the perfect breakfast or dessert
