Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Spicy Truffle Mayo 

Super simple, packed with nutrients, and you only need 5 ingredients! Thanks to Truff, you can make a restaurant worthy spicy truffle mayo in about 10 seconds  


Ingredients:

1 bag of Brussels Sprouts

2 tbsp avocado oil

Salt

3 tbsp avocado oil based mayo

2 tsp Truff hot sauce


Directions:

Steam the Brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes or until fork tender then slice in half lengthwise


Add the brussels to a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil and salt 


Broil on high for about 3 minutes. If your oven doesn’t have a true broiler (like mine) it might take closer to 10 minutes (just watch them so they don’t burn)


Mix the mayo and Truff hot sauce in a small bowl and serve!
