If you’re sick of dry, boring chicken breast, you need to try this delicious easy recipe

Marinating chicken breast before baking helps to infuse it with more flavor and prevent it from drying out. Plus, it all comes together in one dish, so you won’t need to clean a million different dishes!

This recipe is perfect for prepping for lunches and dinners, so feel free to make a double batch

Ingredients

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tbsp garam masala

1/2 tbsp curry powder

4 chicken breasts

Fresh parsley

Directions

Add the lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings to an oven safe glass dish and mix well

Add the chicken and mix into the marinade until evenly coated, make sure each breast is laying flat in one layer and let sit for at least 1 hour or overnight

When you’re ready to cook, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the dish with the chicken straight into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through

Optional: broil for the last few minutes of cooking to get a bit of a crisp on the chicken

Top with chopped fresh parsley and serve with rice and vegetables or in a salad
