Papayas contain papain, which is an enzyme that helps break down proteins - people use it as a meat tenderizer! So it can help boost digestion, as well as hydrate and potentially promote skin health!
(makes 2 servings)
Ingredients:
1 papaya
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp bee pollen
salt
Directions:
Slice papaya in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds
Top each half with yogurt, nut butter, cacao nibs and bee pollen and finish with a sprinkle of salt
