Pecan Fudge Squares

A sweet chocolate treat that is actually good for you! These little fudge squares are packed with mood-boosting cacao, fatty coconut oil and protein-packed almond butter. Plus, they’re so easy to make and require no baking!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond butter (I use chunky)

1/2 coconut oil

3/4 cup raw cacao

A pinch of salt

1 tbsp maple syrup (add more if you like it sweeter)

Optional: scoop of collagen

Chopped pecans (or a different nut of choice)

Maldon salt (finishing salt flakes)

Instructions:

Mix all of the ingredients except the chopped nuts in a food processor or blender

Pour mixture onto a parchment-lined tray or baking sheet and spread it out evenly

Top with the pecans or whichever nuts you choose, and sprinkle some Maldon salt on top

Pop in the fridge to chill and solidify for a few hours then cut and enjoy!
