Simple Juicy Grilled Ribs

Juicy Grilled Ribs with BBQ sauce made from scratch and served with gf mac n cheese and coleslaw!

Who knew grilling ribs was so simple, and I only burnt one corner (just watch the heat)

Ingredients:

2 racks st louis ribs

1/4 cup dry rub (I used a pre-made paleo blend)

Avocado oil spray

BBQ sauce

Directions:

Remove the membrane from the ribs if there is one then coat them in the dry rub and rub it in with your hands. Refrigerate for a few hours to soak up the flavors. About an hour before grilling, remove from the fridge to bring to room temp. Before grilling, spray with a bit of avocado oil.

Heat the grill to 300 then add the ribs, meaty side down and cook for about 25 minutes then flip and cook for another 20 minutes. Brush the tops with bbq sauce and cook for another 15 minutes.

Serve with more sauce on the side to dunk
