Simple Salmon Seaweed Hand Roll

Level up your salmon and seaweed snacks with this super simple “hand roll” made with big ol seaweed sheets


Wild caught salmon is such a good protein source (about 30g in a can) that’s pretty affordable and has other benefits like omega 3s and vitamin D 


(Makes 2 rolls)


Ingredients

1 can wild caught salmon

1 tbsp mayo

Sriracha

Salt

2 seaweed sheets

1/2 cup cauliflower rice

1/4 avocado sliced

Gomasio seasoning 

Directions

Mix the salmon in a bowl with the mayo, sriracha to taste and some salt 


Heat up your cauliflower rice then add a layer to a seaweed sheet followed by the salmon and a few avocado slices 


Top with more sriracha and some gomasio if you’d like. Roll it up like a burrito or just a roll and enjoy
