Baked Yogurt Peach

The juiciest peach topped with plant-based yogurt and toasted pecans and cashews with some cinnamon spice!

This was so good, so easy, so ~fancy~ you just gotta do it when peaches are in season


Ingredients:
1 ripe peach or nectarine
1/2 yogurt
1 tsp melted coconut oil
handful of toasted chopped nuts
cinnamon
salt


Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut your peach in half and remove the pit
3. Drizzle coconut oil on the cut sides and sprinkle with salt
4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes
5. Top each half with about 1/4 cup of yogurt, chopped nuts and a dash of cinnamon

You can share the other half with a friend or just eat it ALL for breakfast or dessert or whatever you please
