Go-To Breakfast Smoothie

Full of protein, health fats and protein, this smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. I've been making this every morning and it gives me solid energy and keeps me full until lunch (even through workouts)


It's packed with nutrients from the different veggies plus gut-boosting collagen and probiotics from the yogurt


Add some ice if you want it thicker and colder



Ingredients:

1 scoop protein powder

1 scoop collagen

1/3 zucchini

1 large handful spinach

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tbsp almond butter

1/4 cup yogurt

1 tbsp flax seeds

1/8 tsp himalayan salt

splash of water to thin

1 tbsp cacao nibs


Directions:

Blend all ingredients except cacao nibs until smooth


Pour into a glass then mix in the cacao nibs to add some crunch
