It’s gluten free, it’s grain-free, it has no added sugar and it’s high in protein!! Each slice has about 10g of protein, which makes it the perfect healthy snack or dessert
Feel free to add some chocolate chips or blueberries or nuts if you’re feeling wild

Ingredients
3 mashed bananas
5 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 scoops protein powder (I like @equipfoods)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the batter into the loaf pan
Bake for about an hour until fully set
