The perfect simple recipe made with clean ingredients and just one bowl đ gluten-free, paleo, grain-free, refined sugar-free with all the flavorÂ
Ingredients:
1-2 mashed bananasÂ
3 eggs
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips (@paschachocolate 85% is the best)
1/4 cup blueberriesÂ
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a glass loaf pan with parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, eggs, coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix in the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda and salt until fully incorporated then add the chocolate chips and blueberriesÂ
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 5 minutes before slicingÂ
Top with a drizzle of honey and some flaky sea salt đ„°
