Blueberry Granola Yogurt Bark

The easiest no bake recipe

Greek yogurt is a great source of protein and blueberries are high in antioxidants and micronutrientsI used frozen blueberries and homemade granola for this recipe, but feel free to switch it up.

Ingredients:

16oz plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup ish frozen blueberries

1/4 cup granola

Drizzle of @dvashorganics date syrup

Directions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt in a thin layer about an inch thickSpread the blueberries out on top. I let them sit for a minute then pushed them around so that the juices spread out

Sprinkle with the granola and top with a drizzle of date syrup or honey

Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or until frozen then break/cut up and enjoy. Store in the freezer
