Cashew Chocolate Mousse

Dairy-free, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, lots of healthy fats 🤩


Ingredients

2 cups cashews soaked and drained  

1/4 cup coconut cream 

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract 

2 tsp coconut oil 

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/4 tsp salt


Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy


Top with fresh strawberries (or whatever berries you have)! 🍓💕


Store in a jar in the fridge - it will thicken  as it chills
