PB&J Greek Yogurt Protein Popsicles

I whipped up these PB&J Greek Yogurt Pops yesterday because it's been HOT and I wanted a refreshing treat to cool me down.

I also love having something sweet yet healthy available when I'm craving a bit of dessert, and these pops are full of protein, healthy fats and naturally sweetened with banana & raw honey to satisfy my cravings and balance my blood sugar!

I added a scoop of Equip Vanilla Protein Powder for added protein, and I think the naturally occurring collagen/gelatin helps give these popsicles a creamier texture. Use code FEELGOOD for 15% off on their website.

For the jam, I used homemade strawberry jam, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand, or you can leave it out!

Ingredients

1 cup greek yogurt

1/3 cup raw milk

1 banana

1 tablespoon raw honey

1-2 scoops protein powder

2 tablespoons peanut butter

Jam

Directions

Add all of the ingredients except the jam to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add a dollop of jam to each section of a popsicle mold then pour in the blended mixture. Place the popsicle sticks in each section and transfer to the freezer.

Allow to freeze for a few hours until fully solidified.
